Anthroposophical Prison Outreach (APO) brings self-rehabilitation services to incarcerated individuals and gives hope to those earnestly striving to better their lives. APO is a vehicle for deeper understanding and meaningful reflections of one’s own biography while incarcerated. Inmates are encouraged to take responsibility for their  lives through meditative and contemplation exercises, self-help books of a spiritual nature, mentorship, and correspondence courses. This work affects prisoners deeply and makes a lasting difference in their lives. APO‘s services are free of charge to prisoners and are practical and inclusive in nature, multicultural in outlook, community-based, and respectful of all life.

Where will this walk-a-thon be held? It's everywhere! This is a nationwide event with no set course, so walkers and cyclists can participate wherever they want, with whomever they want.
