Global change is based on individual change. Meditation and self-development studies and exercises have made a huge difference in my life. For over 20 years, APO has brought inspiration as well as coaching materials to people who find themselves in prison and wanting to do something to turn their lives around. APO provides a lending library of over 300 titles free of charge.
Our program participants write us letters testifying to the positive impact meditation and study have brought to their lives. This shows as improved relations with others including reconciliation with family members and the on-going development of a positive attitude and focus.

Where will this walk-a-thon be held? It's everywhere! This is a nationwide event with no set course. Walkers and cyclists can participate wherever they want, with whomever they want.

This year we intend to raise $35,000 in support of the work of the APO and the hundreds of prisoners around the country whose lives we touch, with inspiration and support on their inner spiritual journey.

APO brings the opportunity for self-rehabilitation and hope to incarcerated individuals. We encourage inmates to take responsibility for their lives through teaching exercises, meditative techniques, books of a spiritual nature, mentorship, and correspondence courses.
