I have supported the Anthroposophical Prison Outreach since its inception. My dear friend Eileene Bristol who has mentored me in spirtual science over the years was one of the founders. This year I decided to get out of the virual realm and walk myself. I will be walking from our home in North Carolina along a few carriage roads into Tennessee with my two dogs. I will walk over the weekend and take a few photos of the beautiful mountain scenery along the way. Maybe you would like to walk with me in spirit or perhaps walk your own path? Where will this walk-a-thon be held? It's everywhere! This is a nationwide event with no set course. Walkers and cyclists can participate wherever they want, with whomever they want.

This year we intend to raise $40,000 in support of the work of the APO and the hundreds of prisoners around the country whose lives we touch, with inspiration and support on their inner spiritual journey.

APO brings the opportunity for self-rehabilitation and hope to incarcerated individuals. We encourage inmates to take responsibility for their lives through teaching exercises, meditative techniques, books of a spiritual nature, mentorship, and correspondence courses.
