- The Lemniscate Journey: Exploring the Relationships in Our Lives from Birth to Death and Death to Rebirth Through Biography and Social Art with Sandra LaGrega and Jennifer Fox VIDEO RECORDING HERE
Through the process of exploring our individual life story, we can connect with a healing force that can be present in all our relationships; within ourselves, with those in our present life, with the "so-called" dead, and with cosmic spiritual beings. Awakening to and transforming each of these relationships in our own life journey, we become aware of our individual web of destiny and the gifts we have to offer. Together we will be creating a safe, sacred space for sharing, using the social art of conscious speaking and conscious listening: a "Sophia" process. We will use imaginations and simple art exercises as doorways into our life experiences.

- Giving Way to Grace: Chrysalis Emerging from Conscious Living and Conscious Dying with Melinda Toney, MD, Carole Shoaf, End-of-Life Doula and Katherine Blackburn, End-Of-Life Doula and Esoteric Christian Minister VIDEO RECORDING HERE
This workshop will offer a story of conscious living and conscious dying as the springboard to inspire what is possible through Grace. We will dive into the challenges, fears, and doubts from our own perspectives, helping to bring forth your own questions of consciously living your lives, quickened by the anticipation and experience of death. We will cultivate reflection, insight, and transformation by engaging body, mind, and spirit through visuals, movement, breathing exercises and visualization, journaling and conversation. Together we will emerge from this experience more conscious of what is emerging from within our midst as a community.
